THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE
The 2024 Wine Down, hosted by BLK GETAWAY, was an extraordinary celebration of culture, camaraderie, and the finest wines Long Island, New York has to offer. Like-minded black women were treated to a full-day, immersive experience that perfectly blended relaxation, education, and sisterhood.
This was not just an event, but a celebration of community, culture, and the art of wine tasting. It provided a platform for attendees to relax, learn, and connect in an environment that honored diversity and excellence. As the sun set on Long Island county, guests left with not only memories of exquisite wines and beautiful landscapes but also a sense of belonging to a vibrant and supportive community.

Guests received roundtrip transportation from Manhattan, NY to Long Island, NY for a sommelier-guided wine tasting of the best wines in the USA.

Throughout the event, ample opportunities for networking allowed guests to forge meaningful connections. Whether during a casual conversation over a glass of wine or through structured conversation questions, attendees shared their passions and built lasting relationships.
